Responsibilities
- Provide technical support via email, chat, and phone
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues
- Document common issues and create knowledge base articles
- Escalate complex issues to engineering team
- Train customers on product features and best practices
Requirements
- 1+ years of technical support experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of web technologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Patient and customer-focused attitude
