Please read these terms carefully before using Orderitto services
1. Overview
Welcome to Orderitto — a restaurant ordering and management platform powered by INVASSO LLC. By using this website or related services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Service Description
Orderitto provides restaurants with custom-branded web and mobile applications for online ordering.
Each business purchases a lifetime license and pays $350 per year for hosting, maintenance, and security.
3. License Ownership
When you purchase an Orderitto license:
- You receive a non-transferable lifetime license to use the platform for your business.
- INVASSO LLC retains ownership of the source code, intellectual property, and platform technology.
4. Payments
Restaurants handle all financial transactions directly through their own Stripe accounts.
INVASSO does not collect, process, or store any financial data or customer payment information.
5. Maintenance & Support
Annual maintenance covers:
- Hosting, server uptime, SSL, and security patches
- Bug fixes and performance updates
It does not include custom feature requests or redesigns, which are subject to separate written agreements.
6. Acceptable Use
Users must not:
- Use the platform for fraudulent or illegal activities
- Copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the Orderitto software
- Host or distribute harmful or malicious content
INVASSO may suspend or terminate service if these conditions are violated.
7. Limitation of Liability
INVASSO LLC is not liable for:
- Errors or downtime caused by third-party systems (e.g., Stripe, hosting providers)
- Loss of data or revenue caused by improper use of the platform
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
8. Intellectual Property
All platform designs, features, and code remain the intellectual property of INVASSO LLC.
Restaurant brands, menus, and logos remain the property of the respective business owner.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved under New Jersey jurisdiction.
