1. License Purchases
All Orderitto software license sales are final.
Once payment is completed and your license is activated, no refunds will be issued.
2. Annual Maintenance Fees
The $350 yearly maintenance fee covers hosting, uptime monitoring, SSL, security, and technical support.
Maintenance fees are non-refundable after activation.
If paid in error, a refund request must be made within 7 days of payment.
3. Custom Development Work
Custom design, feature development, or integration work requested by clients is quoted separately and billed under a separate agreement.
All custom work is non-refundable once completed and approved.
4. Service Termination
Failure to pay the annual maintenance fee may result in suspension of hosting or support until payment is received.
INVASSO reserves the right to discontinue services for non-compliance with these terms.
